a confection that’s hard to resist

keeping the bakers of the village

engaged as they create the sensation that’s named after the town

when you get past the fondant on the top

each mouthful of light almond sponge comes with a

layer of raspberry jam, that’s been

lay on the sweet pastry base – waiting for you to take a bite
