About – a word from the editor

cropped-sam_2556.jpg

Hello all, and welcome (or Welcome Back!) to the inkwell

I’m a writer, a poet and an artist – and have recently rekindled my love of Photography. The pic above, is of the new home of the BBC at Mediacity UK, in Salford and in the distance Imperial War Museum North – where I volunteer.

I’ve been published in a number of compilation works and regularly post to the poetry boards Allpoetry.com and Forward Poetry.

Hope you enjoy the stuff I post on here over the coming months.  Feel free to drop me line if there’s anything you might want to see here….

Latest posts – something with a philatelic tone, and a return to nature (if only the local park)

first day cover , Ode to the trees, Mother Earth

And something of a sartorial tone….

Suit

And last but not least, some word art pieces

The bees have landed

    1. Many Thanks! The plan was to write a scribble a day, so there’s plenty to look at. As i’m resident behind the desk of the inkwell till they lift this social distancing malarkey – there will be plenty to ponder over 🙂
