Bittersweet

Salford, 9th July 2019

Biting the tongue

in an instant,

the tang that is unforgettable

taking your taste buds on a whirlwind

expedition as it journeys

round your mouth

sensational flavour that brings

water to your eyes – as it wasn’t

expected, rising and

elevating each

taste sensation , till you finish the glass.
