    I wish that those people who are a danger to their fellow human beings, would also signal their harmful intentions. How? I don’t know. Maybe the lawmakers can come up with ideas.

        Yes, but I was thinking of something more obvious, like a bumper sticker “I am a bad driver – keep your distance!”
