the greengrocer

a noble tradition

out in all weathers

collecting the best produce

his customers could desire

while you are asleep

he fills his van with seasonal greens

rich red tomatoes

and carrots and potatoes for the Sunday lunch

not forgetting apples and pears

for a teatime snack
