Pongos perfect pirouette
in the artist’s studio
provided the students there learning, with
perfectly posed picture material
if you thought about it – it was
not so much shades of grey but
great explosion of spectral colour – from Primrose yellow to Purple
Professors and their charges
Pondered how the pooch had been positioned with
Paintdrops of technicolour falling exactly on each
Patch of black on his coat, producing a
Perfect rainbow – Perfection? Possibly
