nicks away at its surface
glass being slowly removed by the metallic nib
revealing an image, crafted by the artist
as its chipped away – the glass has to be collected
very carefully, so there’s no blood or tears spilt – but
in time – a picture of an animal, person or favourite object appears
now proudly hanging on the wall of the
gallery where everyone’s going to see it
