The Black hole of e-mails

The button was pressed

somewhere floating through space

an endless stream of noughts and ones

disappearing off into who knows where

all those throwaway moments

tween loved ones and family

now travelling through space

while the server says you have more

ambling through cyber space

till another message comes along

you could pull it back – but then

would you want to?
