When you think about it

its not that easy

when everything looks ginormous

from beyond your bed

Bobbins that look like ropes

and needles that look like spears

little things that seem so small

bring someone like you to tears

Bonuses – there are a plenty

if you know where to look

breakfast dinner and tea being made

in the kitchen of a giant cook

Sandwiches like a four course lunch

and puddings you could eat for years

so long as you avoid the giants cat

who could bring you to tears

but you’re quite happy living

by the bobbins and threads

as they make a nice throw

to put over your bed
