The pink candle at the local church
has been lit with a little cheer
Advent’s coming to a close
Christmas is almost here
Of course, there’s another sunday
to wait before the saviours day
but it reminds us of the good things ahead
with bells and incense and sleigh
And then there’s the light of Christingle
and sounds of the carollers songs
singing tales of angels and shepherds
that we’ll all be singing along
