arm yourself though – the recipes vary

Made the same way of the days of empire

a meat is spiced in a number of spices and

rolled around in a sauce of tomatoes, spices and cream

some might say – its not spicy enough, but

as it was devised for those with a delicate pallette

lots of people enjoy it as a main meal or teatime snack

as its not as fiery as its madras or vindaloo cousins
