When i was little, i used to go

Out with mum and dad , and take in the

Natural beauty of the coastal beaches and amassed hillsides nearby

Dipping a toe in cold water and

Enjoying a walk

Round the bays, looking for interesting pebbles

What’s beyond that window in the cliff face

Or hiding in that hole in the sand ?

Nobody knew – so we decided to look

Dad helping lift up pebbles – as

Excitable little people watched

Red coloured crabs moving sideways towards the sand

This is lovely, Brian, and conjures many memories of hunting in rock pools…

The pic threw me a hook to family holidays when i’d spend many a happy time watching fish on the waters edge…..
