Weeping

#Technology

It’s funny – four days into 2019 and my computer died.

the casualty

My trusty pavilion 15 from Hewlett Packard decided to pop off its mortal coil and join the choir invisible. Switching it on – it gave its warnings – beeps beeps and more beeps. It was – in effect – a dead parrot

(Cue Cleese, – It is no more – it has ceased to be – gone to the great tech cloud – Yada Yada)

It’s death was confirmed by the tech expert at my local Currys store, where, after a brief period of mourning and a check of the finances, I purchased its younger brother (slightly better spec, different colour, No need to update to Windows 10 ….)

I will however miss the old one (we had some good times….(SOB!))

    1. Dear C.R. I was over it after 5 mins – handed the tech the report – out of Manufacturers warranty – saw the deal – took it!
