Changing

The trees are changing

As the temperature drops

As fast as the rain

Vibrant greens transform

Into a picturesque palette5

Of reds and browns

Signs of mercury

Travelling swiftly towards

The thermometer bulb

And deciduous trees all

Shed their leaves and seeds

In attempt to create new plants
