Flight

IWM Duxford , Cambridge, 5/6/2017

For a brief moment today,

looking around the hangar in Cambridge

I got to see the marvels of flight first hand

Great planes – from early pioneers to new planes and even spaceflight

Hoped to see something special – and I wasn’t disappointed

Tomorrow – i’ll take a look at what I captured

  1. :] I agree – there’s so much to see at Duxford! We’ve been back a couple of times and will not doubt be going again. A great day out.

    1. Cheers for Reading, Marie. I was at Duxford yesterday for the Volunteers Week Celebration. Got a good tour of the museum and received an award for my efforts at the Northern Branch of the Museum. Just considering if WordPress will allow me to plonk all those photos on my site 🙂

      1. Congratulations! Don’t know where we’d be without volunteers – the volunteers on our visits have always been a great source of knowledge and assistance. Thanks.
