was passed through the post
to the house by a postman,
eating his toast
it was marked up with red ink
for addressee in the house
who was working hard at the sink
quick as a mouse
you’ve won a prize draw
for this house in torquay
and it’ll cost you no more
than a hundred pound fee
but it no fool our dear reader
having read message therein
the message found a quick way
into recycle bin!
