The Inkwell

from inkdrop – poetry, places and events

Original

A tale of a jewel – told in acrostic form

Only you have possession of it –

Round the world you went

In search of something so

Great – captain Bones himself would be envious

Innovative, but beautiful – Dazzling to the eye

Never seen before by the jeweller – its unique

And women and men alike

Long to wear it on their hand.
