Trio No 4

Trio no. 4

I woke this fine morning to the sound of the feathered residents of Salfords newest quayside building.  I smiled, due to the fact the mechanic eagle that’s been applied to distract them, appears to have had no effect on them what so ever – and their footprint of their nesting ground appears to have increased to the nearby solar panels of my neighbours.

A pleasant change from builders in their Workboots traipsing up and down the cul de sac on the way to work.

It wouldn’t have been as bad if the boys and their toys hadn’t woken me up earlier – i’m not a petrolhead myself, but when you’re just getting round the Halle Orchestra playing in your head, the last thing needed is a re-run of the Le Mans 24 Hr Race taking place outside your front door (for those who are new to my blog – I live by the busiest road in Europe (according to those in the know))

Skies a patchwork of cirrus, hopefully I wont get wet on the way to BASIC (Brain & Spinal Injury Centre)  this afternoon

With Mum at Work, I found Dad at his jovial self this morning – I came down to cereal as he was in an animated conversation with one of our friends from the Indian sub continent.  A word to the wise – when my Dad says NO to summat, it usually pays not to phone again…you will still get the same answer you got eight hours before…save the cash boys and girls – and stop phoning.

I came down to lunch to find Pizzas on the go, and dad playing his usual word games on his Kindle.   He’s now having fun with the colouring book app he’s found on Amazon Underground – Colorfy.  Should keep him happy before the chores begin…
