An acrostic on an apple tree enjoy

As spring approaches,
people await the arrival of
perfect spring fruits
languishing on
every branch

Beautiful flowers
landing delicately
on the fresh green grass –
sign of springs arrival
somewhere high above
over the greenery – a fruit…
maybe – its ready for eating

Tomorrow – there’ll be a feast, as
Red and green apples combine with spice
Encapsulated in Warm Pastry and served with
Everybody’s favourite – Warm yellow custard.
