A reaction to the forthcoming referendum on Europe announced by the UK Government

 

In time – you knew it was going to happen

Noted men from westminster

Engaging an idea – a vote in or out

Victor to take the spoils, a High stakes game

If either loses the poll – expect the loser to go

Tories they say – it won’t split them, but

As the days go by – the personalities expose the rift.

Boris – has kept his cards close to his chest, as what he truly

Longs for – lies a short distance away

Expect some fireworks – the war of words hasn’t even begun
