Corridor

This is a piece of Digital Art, Created by me after a visit to Manchester’s City Centre

It’s one of my favourites, Created with my Samsung Camera and Corel Painter.  The subject matter being the corridor between Manchester’s Central Library and the Town Hall building.  The sun was in the right place and provided just the right light.  Upon painting, I used a light blue hue to bring out the shadows.  Using an impressionist brush really produced a striking image.

Iwm Waterside

Another Impressionist Pic – this time of IWM North,

on the Banks of the Manchester Ship Canal

I took this pic, whilst on a walk around Salford Quays.  Having taken the image I used Adobe photoshop elements to produce the digital art.  I like this image because of the way the light reflects off the airshard.

Bridgewater

The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester

A marvellous concert venue, this painting was created from a photo I took on a walk around the city centre.

Castlefieldbasin
