Olivia wore

her technicolor bracelet

every morning

Colours of Rainbows

brightening up the walk

on the drippiest day

Reminding herself

of paddling in warm seas

and light coral sand

She put it in her

apron pocket while painting

a seaside scene

Olivia forgot

her safe space for her bracelet

so it stayed there free

Mister Caretaker

found the bracelet and boxed it

for safe keeping

When Miss Teech showed

in the morning – she knew who

to give it back to

thanks to the big bods

memories and happy times

returned to the class
