Piled up high tween two bits o’ barmcake

under the bread lid you’ll find summat reet tasty

lovingly marinated in a spicy sauce and

lavished with salad and onions

exceptionally flavoured with paprika and cumin

dancing around the pallette with each bit

perfection comes with what it’s served with

often served with with fries, sometimes coleslaw

real barbecue flavour in every chomp

keeps the patrons coming back for more
