passing over the house

seagulls heading for warm spots

as mercury drops

wind whips up the trees

as leaves dance in the bluster

and land on grassy spots

longer nights mean cold

as jack frost dances over

grass lawns , fallen leaves

weathermen make kids

frown with the news delivered

its too cold for snow
