Busy Bee

A poem in response to

https://crispinakemp.com/2025/08/20/crimsons-creative-challenge-048/

while the hoomans are picnicking

and playing their games

out in the heat of the summer sun

a stripey little fellow

travels about the garden flowers

collecting nectar for his hive

and you’ll know he’s about and around

by the noise of his buzzing sound
