Being Arty, to me, was always something

understood as paper, pencil, brush and ink

it was a revelation, making something from clay

lamination – bringing three types of clay in a mould

designed for the house, kitchen or lounge

in a workshop with a variety of tools and

next, brought to life with various

glazes or slips, heated up in the fire of the kiln

brown coloured clay

leaping into blues , reds and greens

on the event of the kiln being turned on

creating something quite creative – as the

kiln door opens revealing summat

spectacular
