sun worshippers sing for joy

Ice cream trucks bells, sing, o boy

and sellers cant believe their luck

as their bells ring out for joy

Silver pennies, and pound coins gold

pass for ice cream sodas cold

with little un’s smiling with joy

I read the news today, o boy

blackpool specials served up cold

in a manchester square – what joy!

Kids enjoying a treat with joy

while mum and dad themselves enjoy

fountains of a city, cold

in the space of a city square thats old
