pirate of the seas
did a deal with men in green
sailing to a map spot
other pirates had yet seen
upon landing his crew
dug at the spot
and all they smiled and cheered
dancing on the deck of their boat
till the sun it reappeared
but alas – the hold it was empty
no beams of gold were shone
for by the light of the sun and the moon
the leprechauns and their gold – were gone
