The Domino Effect

You could say

it was a failure of planning

You just had

to get that right shade of red

from the make up shop

Arrangements

to meet up at the deli

Automatically

led to picking a jacket

that matched your denims

Time falling like sand

led to a mad dash

to local transport

unexpected collision

at the bus stop

Fate? Perhaps

but the fellow you collided with

you would rendezvous again

picking up your moonlight meal

at the restaurant
