the long strands of spaghetti
enjoyed an oily bath
while various ingredients
were being chopped up and added to the pan
onions and carrots danced with a little bit of garlic
before tomatoes joined in the fun
bubbling away happily for a while
mushroom sliced and fried joined in too
till they all clung to the spaghetti like glue
