The Christmas Jumper

Daily writing prompt
If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?

Ironically, composed at the end of June!

Covered in sparkly festive stars, keeping

Heat from the cold snaps that occur

Reactions – mostly positive – bringing

Instant smiles to those who see me wearing it

Some might say, it makes me look like a Christmas tree

To others, they see the sense of keeping out the frosty snap

Mostly though, people raise a smile

As i walk through the town wearing it

Summer might be putting its feet up – I’m celebrating Santa’s arrival early
