Advice for the keyboard worrier
Suppose you’d call it
Spending too much time
Sat waiting for a response
Watching endless streams
of constant rolling news
can do more harm than good
Reading Instant news and sport
and twenty-four seven information
can cause a bit of an overload
And self diagnosis
Is never the cure for anxiety
Best to see someone – in the flesh
In fact – getting out
among the trees and flowers
could be the best remedy
(Just turn the laptop Off)
