A piece on the Bella Italia Restaurant by the Lowry in Salford

At the front of the shops

facing the quay

I’m inside an enjoyable place

for my tea

A place with Spaghetti

and Pasta that’s new

with italian flavours

in every chew

Basil and Garlic Lemon and Thyme

combine to make sauces

that dance and chime

with meats roasted well, Lamb Pork and Beef

that tastes lovely in seasoning and easy on the teeth

But my favourite of all – My most favoured dish

It has to be seared and flavoured fish

served on a plate with vegetable ragout

they say that its good for you – well its tasty too
