It came as a bit of a jigsaw
with screws and wood-plugs and all
planks that made up a bookshelf
i didn’t need to give dad a call
But while wood plugs they fitted just nicely
the wood screws were a bit of an ask
what kind of driver – for these funny shaped screws
i perused the instructions for the task
On its own in its cardboard box
was the friend i’d be using – to make the screws lock
and as i turned allen key the screws nice and snug
kept the shelves tight – like a bug in a rug
