as the tram travels in
from North South east and west
into the centre
The Lines of Iron
Twist and bend
Rising and falling
as the tram travels in
through Green trees and and Glass Towers
into the centre
And whether rain or fall
the tram has a ball
as football, shopping or culture – it can get to it all
stopping occasionally , so drivers can take breaks
and everyone’s safe, while at wheel he’s awake
heading into the centre
