Its something quite magical

Flavours come a plenty

Formed from Milk , Sugar and Butter

and set like Toffee

but a little less hard on your pearly whites

add what you like

Favourite of mine ? coconut – but also chocolate

Filling the bag all the way to the top in the sweet shop

    I cannot make fudge to save my life. I’ve tried recipe after recipe. Others can do it but mine is more a thick frosting than fudge. I gave up years ago and now accept gifts of fudge from friends. ;>

      If its making a fudge centre for a cake – i’m not so bad. the skill is getting the core ingredients blended right, grainy fudge isn’t that nice! 🙂
