dressed up for dinner in a pastry parcel and topped off with cheese

      They call it a Calzone and fill the pocket like a cornish pastie! oozes all over the plate 🙂 tasty though.

        I was trying to remember the name Calzone from the great American food shows, I don’t think we have them in the UK. Haven’t seen one anyway.
        I love a Cornish Pasty though.

    Would suggest a foray into any Italian-American Diner in the UK (There’s a few in my neighbourhood) any good restaurant should sell them! Of course – if you’re in Cornwall – best to stick to the traditional pasty – Ta for reading!
