The clay sits in a pile
happy to stay for a while
on the rounded wheel
the wheel moves about
and as the clay changes shape
it turns different
cup or perhaps bowl
the clay isn’t fully whole
but something else mould
changes made are treats
till the clay meets up with heat
as clay turns solid
