Treehouse

#writephoto #Treehouse

When i was younger

it looked huge

nestled among the silver birch and scots pine

that frequented the large open space

every kid from the neighbourhood

rendezvoused on that spot

Surprised it’s still there ?

Pine and Oak still stands proud as kids

Run about as if its another scout rally

It’s stood the passing of time and

Navigated the seasons

Got to admit – it looks good

So as the seasons pass

Up the tree , new youngsters go

Meeting their pals and having fun while

Mums and Dads watch them

enjoying themselves

Returning when its time for dinner
