Some people say

they enjoy the high life

i’m sorry to say i disagree

for when you are at the top of all this floors

there’s nowhere else to flee

so when the superintendent phones from below

to tell you the lifts are being repaired

you end up grumbling to yourself

you have to descend all those stairs
