Lighthouse

#writephoto

Its no fun sailing when the sun’s gone away

bobbing around in the sea

you’re waiting for a sign that the moon’s in the sky

and wanting to join in and play

but nearing the rocks makes you want to flee

till up on the headland a friendly light you spot

so cheer up now captain – dry up your eyes

with light from the shore, you’ll anchor your yacht
