being turned around

was one clear memory

of childhood days

The whirr of the electric motor

of the milk float

was better than any alarm clock

on school mornings

Glass bottles making a

Distinctive sound

almost sounded musical

Crafted Daily products

eggs, yogurts and cheese

also appearing with your daily pint

Moving through the Metropolis

Making everybody smile until

Major Market moves into town

Doorstep delivery Dinos

Disappearing as the Dairy

Drive daily into the supermarket Delivery Bay
