The giraffe was happy
to see the plantation owner
at the sight of sundown
He had been looked after
by the owner and his family
after being chased by things with
very sharp teeth
And after spending time on
the farmers field – the giraffe was
simply one of the family
So just before sundown
the plantation owner met up with her pal
and spent time with her long necked chum
