You might think it’s easy

being a panda – living like i do

relaxing on a tree branch

in the safari park or zoo

But it’s hard work being a panda

building and eating all day

re-arranging my bedding

at times i’d much rather play!

Leaves are cooling when it’s hot

and are nice on my bedding when it is not

it’s great to see the humans pass my way

while i’m busy chomping away

and its time consuming eating Bamboo

with all its leaves and shoots

so think as you watch me eating my lunch

it’s hard work being this cute!
