Whilst morning skies

bring an occasional dash of colour

don’t forget to take your umbrella

to see the light show

When the sun goes to sleep

a carefully choreographed carpet of

velvet cascades across the sky

with far off stars all trying to grab your attention

Crab, Bull and Ram dance in their field of dreams

as Orion keeps watch across time

and colourful clouds travel across galaxies

as they create a new star

young stars try to grab your attention

as you watch dirty snowballs pass by

till time meets up and its time for the stars to sleep

and the sun to say its a brand new day
