Activity draining
Emptying your energy stores by the hour
Breakfasts important at the start of the day
As it re fills the engine
But each individual task uses it up
From getting to school
To mowing the lawn
Top up at twelve fills a little bit of usage
But it’s burned up on the factory floor or even in the playground
Turn in at home and replenish the engine
Before resting for another day
