Inchworm

Salford, Saturday 28th March 2020

For one saturday only – a reblog…..I would have taken the Nikon out to see if i could spot the odd one of these mooching round the city parks flowers but with the global bug lockdown….i’m sharing this one from last year.

In time – you’ll become a wonderful thing

Noted for the wonderful patterns on your wing

Caterpillar family – small you may be

Hoping to sleep in the best of the tree

When you are little – you cannot be seen

Out eating the leaves of the trees whilst you’re green

Remaining on trees till you start to take flight

Making small kids smile from morning through night
