There’s too much noise in the world today

too much confusion, hurry and bustle

arguing over the price of a brew

as they all give their opinion

Its time to stop,

take a moment, in pleasant surroundings

watch the flora and fauna around you

enjoy the spectrum of the seasons

Time to breathe, slow down

keep calm and unwind

Be Nice to one another – Be Kind

and let Nature ease you from the Daily Grind
