What’s with the guitar Inky ?

I thought i’d start with the musical link – an electric guitar. Clapton, May, Deacon come to mind. It’s loud but in time is methodical, and lyrical – its also the nearest thing to an electrical instrument that doesn’t need a programmer….it does need an amplifier though

Much like the Rocks you find on your average beach….(eh?)

Noisy little rocks on Kos

When the waves smack against the rocks its a bit like a percussion instrument. Depending on your location on the beach, the noises can be soft , hard or downright noisy, as the waves lap slap and crash against the shore

Get the wind to go through the holes in the rock, and you could be mistaken for hearing music being played, as theres a definate sound as the wind makes its way round the rock.

Add a chirp or two following the sound of the rocks and the sea – you have a three piece band 🙂

Reminiscent of something i read in Terry Pratchett’s Discworld Novel Soul Music

Music with Rocks in – Quite a ring to it too.

And all of this is Acoustic….no electric required.
