The mercury is confused
Moving slowly up and down the thermometer
It’s like it’s waiting for Ra to send it a signal
too cold for snow….say the scientists in the know
But branches are moving as icy winds blow
Concentric circles forming in isolated puddles
Soon frosting over…leaving all in a muddle.
